Refund Policy

We want every engagement to succeed. Here's how refunds work.

Setup fees

The one-time build fee covers work performed. Refunds are pro-rated against work completed before cancellation.

Maintenance is billed monthly and can be cancelled before the next cycle. No partial-month refunds apply once a cycle begins.

For milestone-based work, completed and approved milestones are non-refundable.

Submit requests via the contact page. We review and respond within five business days.

Costs paid to third parties (hosting, ad spend, licenses) are non-refundable.
