You agree to use this site lawfully and not to misuse its content or functionality.

Services & scope

Project scope, deliverables and timelines are defined in individual agreements. Maintenance covers technical work and minor changes; new features are quoted separately.

Intellectual property

Site content and branding are owned by DigiHub. Client deliverables transfer per the relevant agreement.

Payments

Fees, schedules and refund eligibility are set out in your proposal and the refund policy.

Liability

Services are provided in good faith. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
